Elder Robert Sarbo has been a member of New Covenant Apostolic Church since 1983 and has been a minister since 1989. Divinely led to this congregation upon arriving in Richmond from Brooklyn, New York. Elder Sarbo has served the Lord faithfully. He is a passionate student of Scripture and desires to do more for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Minister Naomi Sarbo has been a member of New Covenant Apostolic Church since birth. She believes her life's calling is to reach the community God planted her in. Before becoming licensed in 2012, Naomi served on the Missionary Board, and highly involved with  the ministry since her youth. In 1983, she married her loving husband Elder Robert Sarbo and raised a beautiful family.  Naomi received a degree in Community and Social Service. She enjoys serving people in different capacities and encouraging those with the truth of God's word. Her life scripture is Matthew 6:33 "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you. 

Elder Alphonso Smith Sr. was ordained in the Apostolic faith in October, 1966. Filled with the spirit of God, Elder Alphonso is a man of great faith who demonstrates the qualities of the fivefold ministries as an energetic teacher of God's word. Elder Alphonso often recites "You can't hurry God, you have to wait. Trust and believe that God will be there for you, because God is Always on time." Blessed in marriage to his wife, Missionary Gladys Smith for 54 years, they share the fruits of God's inheritance as the proud parents of seven children.

Missionary Gladys Smith has been a dedicated servant of God and a member of the apostolic faith for 55 years. Ordained as a Missionary of over 50 years, she is a woman of God, a worshiper, a prayer warrior, a motivator, and a woman of great faith. Missionary Gladys loves to uplift and encourage the people of God. She has been married, involved, and committed to Elder Alphonso Smith Sr. for 54 years and a loving mother to seven children. 

Minister Robert A. Tucker a was a member of New Covenant before being ordained a minister on October 20th, 2012. With a zeal for the young members, he organized the NCAC Children's Church under the direction from the late, Elder Jasper Kittrell. He also serves as the charter Representative for the Boy Scout troop and pack 429 at New Covenant. His favorite scripture is Proverbs 22:6 "train up a child in the way he should go..."

Elder Willie Williams was ordained in the ministry on June 1st, 2001. He's married to Mrs. Denise Williams, upon moving to Hopewell VA, he became a member of New Covenant Apostolic Church where he was formerly a member of New Hope Apostolic Church in Roanoke Rapids, NC. He's very passionate when preaching the Word of God and often uses a very upbeat and energetic style to minister. His favorite scripture is Psalms 34:1 "I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth."
